How It Works
- Customer needs help with technology and schedules an appointment.
- Tech claims the job.
- HelloTech Tech arrives at home and resolves the problem!
Application Process
- Application – Our onboarding process begins with a simple application.
- Video Interview – The next step is to complete a brief video interview in order to get to know you better.
- Skills Assessments – Once the video interview is complete, it’s time to prove your technical knowledge and customer service skills by taking two assessment quizzes.
- Phone Screen – Next, schedule a phone call with a member of our onboarding team in order to find out more about HelloTech and ask any questions you may have.
- Background Check – Lastly, we require all applicants to pass a background check. Once passed, you’ll set up your tech profile and start taking jobs!
- Hours – Choose your own hours! Take jobs whenever and wherever you want to.
- Compensation – Jobs are paid on a per-service basis. Payouts can range from $30-$90+, depending on the level of difficulty. We submit payouts twice a week, via PayPal.
