
Part-Time Receptionist

We are looking for an entry-level Part-Time Receptionist to join the Chapman Chevrolet team! Successful candidates have a people come first attitude and know how to provide the highest level of customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent is required and previous customer service or receptionist experience is preferred.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Patiently listen to customers and transfer them to the appropriate department for resolution
- Assist management with various clerical duties, as needed
- During downtime the Receptionist will have the flexibility to read, work on school assignments, use cellphone/tablet, etc., as long as it doesnt interfere with receptionist responsibilities.
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience is a plus!
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive Attitude
- Pleasant, Professional Demeanor
- Reliable, Honest, and Trustworthy
- Schedule: Monday and Wednesdayfrom 4pm 9pm, every other Friday from 4pm 9pm, and rotating Saturday hours7am-1:30pm/1:30pm-8pm
- Compensation starts at $12.80 per hour
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
