We are looking for an entry-level Part-Time Receptionist to join the Chapman Chevrolet team! Successful candidates have a people come first attitude and know how to provide the highest level of customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent is required and previous customer service or receptionist experience is preferred.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
• Patiently listen to customers and transfer them to the appropriate department for resolution
• Assist management with various clerical duties, as needed
• During downtime the Receptionist will have the flexibility to read, work on school assignments, use cellphone/tablet, etc., as long as it doesnt interfere with receptionist responsibilities.

Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
• Previous customer service or receptionist experience is a plus!
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Positive Attitude
• Pleasant, Professional Demeanor
• Reliable, Honest, and Trustworthy
• Schedule: Monday and Wednesdayfrom 4pm 9pm, every other Friday from 4pm 9pm, and rotating Saturday hours7am-1:30pm/1:30pm-8pm
• Compensation starts at $12.80 per hour
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
