What it takes to be a Program Director at Brookdale
Our program directors oversee the quality of life for Resident and Family Engagement as outlined in Brookdale s mission and cornerstones, the Optimum Life philosophy and culture, as well as the Dementia Care Program Standards. You ll also provide and advocate for person centered dementia friendly dining, behavioral expression interventions, and engagement of residents in meaningful, purposeful programs to enhance quality of life as well as hire, train, and supervise associates to ensure all program expectations are in place and all customers involved have quality of life and are satisfied.
