Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly or disabled patients by attending to their basic needs such as showering, dressing, grooming and eating
• Help clients with their prescribed medications
• Assist with out side errands and/or appointments
• Assist with mobility and exercise
• Plan and prepare meals
• Assist with shopping as needed
• Perform housekeeping duties
