Front Desk Receptionist
M–s Vale Saber is looking for a Front Desk Agent to be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through a positive attitude, friendly personality, poise, and professionalism. As the first touchpoint in the organization, you will be responsible for assisting customers in person, over the phone, and by email, as well as administrative and bookkeeping duties, and following up on active and potential customers. Customer service, leadership, and sales training will be provided to set you up for promotion, leadership opportunities, and close deals over the phone to earn uncapped additional income. To succeed in this role, the Front Desk Agent will need to have excellent time management and remarkable communication skills (written and verbal) to influence the buyer’s purchase decision, possess sharp attention to detail, an exceptional aptitude for overcoming roadblocks and finding solutions, and the ability to prioritize his/her workload in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. He/she takes responsibility for client interactions, fostering genuine relationships, and inspiring trust in the organization through texts, phone calls, emails, meetings, social media, and interactions at events. Performance Objectives: Ensure all administrative duties (as detailed above) are fully executed with exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and within deadlines. Represent M–s Vale Saber with a high level of professionalism, friendliness, positivity, and customer service in every interaction (internal and external), to develop genuine relationships and inspire trust in the organization. Maximize sales opportunities by closing deals over the phone and identifying areas of opportunities. Capabilities/Key Competencies: Leverage Microsoft Office programs, HubSpot, Asana, and other technology to accomplish tasks, with a strong willingness to learn new software and workflows if needed. Follow applicable processes and procedures as well as write and maintain processes for their responsibilities. Ability to collaborate with other team members while working under pressure. A desire for continuous improvement and eagerness for learning new skills (often self-taught) Swift adaptability to changes in process and priorities. Experience juggling multiple projects and recurring duties simultaneously, ensuring efficient completion within deadlines and sharp attention to detail. Ability to maintain poise, professionalism, and positivity at all times. Willingness and ability to work extended hours or weekends to meet goals. The ideal candidate will possess a willingness to respond to texts, emails, and calls from Agents, staff, and clients outside of standard office hours. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field preferred. 1 years’ work experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Agent or similar role. Substantial experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Calendars, PowerPoint) and basic PDF editing functions.
