
Customer Service Representative
Qualifications:
Must be able to write cohesive emails and notes.
Written Communication and grammar are critical to this role as employees may be assigned to the Chat queue.
Must have internet access @ 50mbps and home office furniture, desk large enough to hold two 25″ monitors, an ergonomically correct chair.
We will provide all other equipment including a laptop.
Schedule
Applicant must be able to work any shift including Sat/Sun. Will work Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3:30 PM during the first week of training and second week of mentoring. Then the employee will be slotted into a shift that could start as early as 4 AM and as late as 130 PM AZ time with any two-day off combination. Sometimes shifts offered maybe a 4 day week with 10 hour days.
Description
Employees may take upwards of 70 calls per day as well as make a similar amount of outbound calls, emails, and chats. Our client base is diverse, serving cities & municipalities, facilities and manufacturing, and sanitation, waster water & citizen water requests.
This is a full-time work-from-home position. Prefer applicants in the surrounding Phoenix area, but not an absolute.
Responsibilities:
The employee must have the maturity and professionalism to be able to work from home, unsupervised, without distractions. See the job description for additional details. We are a 24/7 support center based in Tempe, Arizona. You must be able to work any shift and any day-off combination with the exception of hours between 9 PM PST thru 4 AM PST.
Comments/Special Instructions:
We will provide all other equipment and ship it to the applicant if not local to the Phoenix area. Agency will be responsible for the return of equipment at end of the assignment if the applicant is not hired. We are 24/7 so the applicant could work any shift (graveyard not until fully trained after 9-12 months). Must be flexible to work any shift except graveyard, with no exceptions.
