
Customer Service Associate
What does an outstanding Customer Service Representative do?
You will take inbound calls from banking and merchant customers, answer questions, assist with researching and resolving issues. We want our customers to receive a WOW experience. We want someone who has the ability to be an active listener and is able to express empathy to the customer. Use your great verbal and written communication skills to provide assistance to our customers. Do you love providing world class customer service in open fun environment? Basic requirements for consideration:
Flexible Schedule
One year call center experience
Work experience with internet navigation and technology.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with an online bill pay service.
Strong work tenure with previous roles lasting a year or more.
Experience working in a metric driven environment.
